| 3 largeSweet Potatoes; cut up like fries |
| 2 tbsOlive Oil |
| 1 tbsLime Juice |
| 1 cloveGarlic; minced |
| 1/2 tsp.Red Pepper Flakes |
| 1/4 tsp.Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 tsp.Chili Powder |
| 1/4 tspBlack Pepper; Ground |
| 1 tsp.Salt |
Roasted Sweet Potato Fries Preparation
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, stir together everything except the potatoes and salt.
Add sweet potato fries and stir until evenly coated.
Arrange fries in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Bake twenty minutes in a preheated oven.
Then turn fries over, and continue to bake for 10 more minutes, until crispy and browned. Oven temperatures vary so please check.
Season with salt and serve.
