A staple in our home.
In Kitchenaid, mix yeast, warm water and honey. Let stand till foamy.
Add 2 cups ww flour, buttermilk, honey, butter and salt, to yeast mix. Use paddle to combine. About 2 minutes. Change to dough hook and add remaining flour ? a cup at a time, until dough is smooth and satiny. You may not use all the flour.
Grease bowl and dough, cover and let rise until doubled, about 1-1? hours.
Punch dough down and divide in half. Flatten into rectangular shape and roll up, sealing edges and ends, and put in bread pans (8x4"). Cover and let rise ?-? of an hour.
Bake at 375? until browned. About 30-35 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool completely before slicing.
