This is a great was to dress up squash
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a heavy saucepan combine butter and zucchini.
Saute over low heat, stirring occasionally 7 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool
Beat eggs with milk; add bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cayenne, and 4 tablespoons of the Parmesan. Mix well.
Combine mixture with squash, stirring gently until blended.
pour into a buttered or sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with remaining Parmesan.
Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
