Key Lime Pie

| 1 1/4 cupsgraham cracker crumbs |
| 1/4 cupbrown sugar |
| 1/3 cupbutter; melted |
| 28 ouncescondensed milk |
| 1 cupkey lime juice |
| 2 egg whites |
| 1/4 teaspooncream of tarter |
| 2 tablespoongranulated sugar |
Key Lime Pie Preparation
Combine first 3 ingredients. Press into a 9 inch pie plate Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes - cool Stir together milk and key lime juice. Pour into crust Beat egg whites and cream of tarter at high speed with an electric mixer - just until foamy. Add sugar - one tablespoon at a time, beating until soft peaks form and sugar dissolves. Spread meringue over filling Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 28 minutes. Chill 8 hours. Garnish with lime slices.
