This is a quick and easy Pineapple Mango Salsa recipe that is great by itself with a variety of chips . It is also very good when served with grilled chicken or fish.

| 1 pineapple; cored, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inc |
| 2 mangos; peeled, pitted, and chopped |
| 1 red bell pepper; cored, seeded, and chopped |
| 1 red onion; chopped |
| 6 tablespoonscilantro leaves; chopped |
| 6 tablespoonsolive oil |
| 2 tablespoonshoney |
| 2 tablespoonfresh ginger; peeled, minced |
| 2 jalapeno peppers; chopped |
| 2 limes; juiced (up to 3) |
| Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste |
Pineapple Mango Salsa Preparation
Combine ingredients above and store in refrigerator several hours prior to serving. It may be necessary to drain off excess liquids after refrigeration period for the correct salsa consistency. The excess juice makes a very good marinate for the fish or chicken.
