Classic Betty Crocker cobbler recipe. Very easy and really good! I often substitute other fruit - peaches, blueberries, strawberries, etc.

1 cupall purpose flour
2 teaspoonbaking powder
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupbutter; melted
2 1/2 cupsblackberries; fresh or frozen
1 cupsugar

Blackberry Cobbler Preparation

Mix blackberries with sugar and let it stand while mixing the other items. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and milk in ungreased 8-inch pan. Stir in butter until well blended. Spoon blackberry/sugar mixture over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes - until the crust is golden brown.
