1 1/2 lbsChicken breasts; cubed
2 mediumYukon gold potatos; cubed to 1"
2 cupsWhole baby carrots
2 stalksCelery; sliced
2 cansCream of Chicken Soup
1 cupWater
1 teaspoonDried thyme; crushed
1/4 teaspoonPepper
2 cupsBisquick
2/3 cupMilk

Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings Preparation

Place chicken, potatoes, carrots and celery in a 6-qt slow cooker. Mix soup, water, tyme and pepper. Pour over all. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hrs or until chicken is done. Mix baking mix and milk. Spoon batter over chicken mixture. Tilt lid to vent and cook on high 30 min. or until dumplings are cooked in center.
