Original recipe makes 1
1 1/3 cupsWater
2/5 Eggs
2 2/3 tbsVegetable Oil
2 2/3 tbsSugar
2 teaspoonsSalt
4 cupsBread flour

Challah Preparation

Place ingredients in bread machine on dough cycle.

Divide dough into 3 pieces; roll them into strands and braid them. Dover and let rise for approximately 45 minutes. Brush top with a beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds, if you wish. Bake at 375? for 45 minutes.
