0.75 cupshoney
0.25 cupsAhi Marin (or Brown or White; or Raspberry Vinegar)
0.25 cupsWater

Salad Dressing-Vegan Honey Mustard Preparation

Heat up honey so if flows easily (I put the jar in water and let it simmer for a while)

Add all ingredients into food processor and process until mixed thoroughly.

Use agave nectar to make it really vegan. If there is honey, it's not vegan!

This is not a vegan recipe. True vegans don't steal honey from bees. Thisshoukd be renamed asap!

Sounds like a simple recipe, however, I would reconsider labeling it 'vegan' honey mustard, for many vegans do not consume honey. Would maple or agave syrup be a good substitute?
