Strawberry Cream Pie

| 1 9"pie shell , already-prepared |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsall-purpose flour |
| 1/3 cupsugar |
| 1/3 teaspoonSalt |
| 3/4 teaspoonwhite or cider vinegar |
| 6 oz.fat-free cream cheese |
| 2 ozneufchatel cheese |
| 1/4 cupvanilla or strawberry yogurt |
| 2 egg whites |
| 1/2 teaspoonvanilla |
| 1 1/2 cupsfresh strawberries; cut in half |
| 1 cupstrawberry jam or jelly |
Strawberry Cream Pie Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Place the cream cheese, neufchatel cheese, the sugar and the flour of an electric mixer stand, beat at medium speed until creamy
Beat in the yogurt, egg white and vanilla: mix well.
Pour cream cheese mixture into pie crust. bake 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely on wire rack.
Place strawberries on top of filling. For the glaze, melt the jelly or jam over low heat in a small saucer pan. Carefully brush glaze over strawberries, allowing glaze to run onto cheese mixture. Refrigerate 3 hours or over night. Cut into 8 wedges.
