Cream of Mushroom Chicken Preparation
Lightly season chicken breasts and brown in oil about 3 min. per side. Bake in oven 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. Brown mushroom slices in butter, season to taste. Lower heat, add cream and cook until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce and mushrooms over chicken and continue baking another 10 - 15 minutes. Serve with potatoes or noodles.
