Teriyaki Seared Tuna
Ingredients

| 1 cupVegetable Oil |
| 1/2 cupSoy sauce |
| 1/4 cupWhite vinegar |
| 1/3 cupHoney |
| 2 teaspoonsGround ginger |
| 2 teaspoonsWasabi Powder |
| 2 lbsTuna steaks |
Teriyaki Seared Tuna Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blenders until emulsified or use wand blender.
Reserve some sauce to serve with dish and marinate meat overnight in the remainder of the sauce.
Grill tuna with lid open for 2-3 minutes per side. Tuna should be rare in the middle.
Slice across the meat grain and serve with jasmine or other sticky rice
Excellent for chicken kabobs, flank steak, seared tuna, pork
