The best chocolate cake EVER!
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and line 2 ten inch cake pans with parchment. In a large bowl combine ingredients in order given. Beat until smooth. Divide between the pans and bake until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean appox. 25 - 30 minutes. Cool in pans for 20 minutes. Turn out onto cooling racks to finish cooling. Peel off parchment while cake is still warm. Prepare Frosting.
Frosting:
Place butter, vanillla, egg white, cocoa and about 3/4 cup icing sugar in a bowl. Mix with an electric hand mixer on low speed until well combined. Gradually add more icing sugar until desired consistency is reached. Frost cake when completely cooled.
