1 lbPolpi (Octopus)
1 Onion
EV Olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Octopus in its Own Water Preparation

Add some EV olive oil in a pan and let it warm up.

Slice the onion very fine and saute` it until it becomes translucent.

Add the octopus. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for about 20 minutes.

    Why is EVOO necessary? If you are cooking it with onions for 20 minutes +, you'd think any old olive oil would do, wouldn't you?
