Octopus cooked in onion and oil giving the octopus a delicious aroma and a coral color.
Add some EV olive oil in a pan and let it warm up.
Slice the onion very fine and saute` it until it becomes translucent.
Add the octopus. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
