Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Add water, ketchup and onion powder; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender.
Stir in Velveeta; cook uncovered until melted, stirring occasionally.

Ketchup makes it a little sweet for our tastes. Others said they could barely taste it so mileage might vary. Try subsitituting taco seasoning to ground beef and omitting ketchup?
