great easy, different dessert
1. Dissolve yeast in 2 tabs. warm water in a small bowl and let sit for several minutes.
2. Put flour, salt and sugar in food processor and process until blend.
3. Combine eggs and yeast mixture. With processor running, add liquid to flour mixture and process for 20 seconds until dough gathers on blade and pulls away from sides of the bowl. Add butter and process for 35 to 40 seconds or until well combined. Turn soft dough out and knead gently forming a round ball. Drop dough into a lighhtly buttered bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until almost doubled, about 30 to 40 mins.
4. Butter the baba mold. Deflate the dough and pull off pieces to form 1" balls. Place balls in mold andf allow to rise until mold is full, about 30 mins.
5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for apporx. 10 mins. or until the babas are golden brown on top. Turn out of mold and cool.
