Creamy Chicken and Bacon Carbonara Preparation
Heat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan
Add garlic, shallots, bacon and chicken
Once chicken is cooked add mushrooms and cook for 2 mins
Add light evaporated milk and bring to the boil then add the cheese and simmer for 10mins
Mix the sauce in with the fettuccine and serve.
The original recipe called for 1 cup of Weight Watchers tasty cheese. It is hard to find but if you find it the recipe is only 9pts per serving (35.5pts = approx 9 pts per serve). With part skim mozzerella it is 13 pts.
