Tortillas, ground beef mixture...baked or in crockpot
1. Cook meat with onion in skillet.
2. In bowl mix meat, tomato sacue, green chilies, chili powder, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce, and kidney beans.
3. In CrockPot or round baking casserole, put in 1/4 C meat mixture then tortilla then cheese...repeat till all mixture is in. Pour tomato juice on top and around the sides of your layers.
4. CrockPot: High, 2-3 hours
Casserole: 350 degrees, 30-40 minutes or until torillas are a bit crispy on top.
