Original recipe makes 2
500 gapple; peeled and sliced
1 onions; sliced into wedges , (up to 2)
150 mlapple cider vinegar
300 glight brown muscovado sugar
3 stickscinnamon
cardamom pod seeds; From 8 pods
4 bay leaves; (up to 5)
100 gRaisins

Apple Chutney with Cinnamon and Cardamom Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a pot (a part from the raisins) and let it simmer for 30-45 minutes till it thickens. Add the rasins and cook for another 5 minutes before jarring it.
