Apple Chutney with Cinnamon and Cardamom
Original recipe makes 2
| 500 gapple; peeled and sliced |
| 1 onions; sliced into wedges , (up to 2) |
| 150 mlapple cider vinegar |
| 300 glight brown muscovado sugar |
| 3 stickscinnamon |
| cardamom pod seeds; From 8 pods |
| 4 bay leaves; (up to 5) |
| 100 gRaisins |
Apple Chutney with Cinnamon and Cardamom Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a pot (a part from the raisins) and let it simmer for 30-45 minutes till it thickens. Add the rasins and cook for another 5 minutes before jarring it.
