Original recipe makes 4
1 lbhamburger meat
1 cupcheese
4 cheese slices; (up to 5)
12 slicesbacon; (cooked crispy)
1 McCormick Hamburger Seasoning; to taste
Garlic Salt; to taste
4 English Muffins; (up to 5)

English Muffin Cheeseburgers Preparation

Take hamburger meat and place it in a large bowl. Take bacon and fry it till crispy, then take slices and crumble into hamburger, add cheese to burger, along with Hamburger seasoning. Mix ingredients together. Take chunks of mixed burger and roll into balls, then flatten into patties ( I usually have 4-5 patties).

Take frying pan used for bacon (I dont drain the grease) and heat to medium/medium-high. Place patties in pan, cover, turning at least once until cooked thru. Just before done place another slice of cheese on top, cover and let melt. While cheese is melting take English muffin and toast it.

Place patty and any other condiments desired on English muffin and enjoy!
