Cream Cheese Bacon Scrambled Eggs

This is a delicious alternative to plain old scrambled eggs. The velvety texture of these eggs is very rich and creamy. We love to make these for family and guests for special brunches.

1 3-oz packageCream Cheese; softened
2 tablespoonshalf-and-half cream
8 Eggs
1/3 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoonlemon-pepper seasoning
1/8 teaspoonSalt
1/2 cupbacon; cooked, crumbled
2 tablespoonsbutter

Cream Cheese Bacon Scrambled Eggs Preparation

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and cream until smooth. Beat in the eggs, Parmesan cheese, lemon-pepper and salt. Stir in bacon crumbles.

In a large skillet, melt butter; add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Serve warm.
