Chicken Curry

Original recipe makes 4
1 Onion; diced
2 clovesGarlic; minced
1 28-oz cantomatoes
2 tbspcurry; heaping tbsps.
1/3 cupsmango chutney
1/2 cupsWater
2 chicken breasts; cooked (at most 3).

Chicken Curry Preparation

In large saucepan, gently cook onion for approx 10 minutes. or until clear. Add garlic, cook 1 minutes. Add curry paste and chutney, cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and water, simmer 15-20 minutes. Add cooked chicken, cook 5-8 minutes. Serve over rice!
