Chicken Fajita Soup
Original recipe makes 8
| 3 poundsboneless chicken breast halves |
| 2 12-oz canBlack beans |
| 2 12-oz canTomatoes; drained |
| 2 12-oz canCorn; drained |
| 3 can (12 oz)Chicken broth |
| Fajita Seasoning |
| Salt and pepper; to taste |
| Cheddar; shredded (optional) |
| Sour cream; (optional) |
Chicken Fajita Soup Preparation
Season chicken with salt and pepper and grill until done. Allow chicke to rest 5 minutes before chopping. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker or stock pot. Heat through. Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream.
