Original recipe makes 8
1/4 cupvegtable oil
3 tbspfresh lemon juice
1 clovegarlic; minced
1 tspground cummin
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 dashhot sauce
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1 1/2 lbschichen breast
1 mediumonion
1 Red bell pepper
1 Lime; juiced
8 wholewheat tortillas
1 Salsa or Pico de Gallo; (for topping)
Guacamole; (for topping)
1 Cheddar Cheese; (for topping)

Sizzl'n Chicken Fajitas Preparation

Add 2 Tbs of vegtable oil, lemon juice, garlic clove, cummin, garlic and onion powder, and hot sauce to a large plastic bag along with the chicken and allow to marinate for at least one hour.

Grill the chichen until done. Add two Tbs of oil to a cast iron skillet set to medium high. Add onion and pepper. Cook until soft. Add lemon juice and cilantro to the finished vegtables. Top with grilled chicken and serve with toppings. Follow instructions on tortillas for heating.

Little stong on vinegar but unique taste

Longer marinade times will yield more flavor. Try serving in the skillet while the still sizzling for a dramatic effect. [I posted this recipe.]
