Cold Press Coffee Preparation
Add coffee to pitcher and fill 2/3rds with room temperature water. Mix well. Top off with room temperature water, cover and leave for 8 hours.
Using a spoon, scoop off floating coffee grounds and discard.
Pour liquid into French press and press out remaining grounds (you may have to do this more than once, as few presses will hold a gallon).
When you have your coffee liquor separated, mix it at a 1:1 ratio with water. Add cream and sweetener to taste.
Serve hot or cold
