Chimichurri Sauce
Original recipe makes 1
| 1 cupOlive oil |
| 1/4 cupWhite vinegar |
| 2 clovesgarlic; finely chopped |
| 1 smallflat-leaf parsley; bunch leaves removed and chopped |
| 1 smallwhite onion; finely chopped (about 1/4 cup) |
| 1 tablespoonsmoked Spanish paprika |
| 1 teaspoonDried oregano |
| Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Chimichurri Sauce Preparation
1. Prepare chimichurri sauce: Combine all chimichurri ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process 1 minute; season with salt and pepper. Chimichurri sauce may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
