Whisk together the graham crackers and confectionery sugar. Add the butter and mix with spoon. Then add the nuts and peanut butter. Mix well. Spread into a jelly roll pan.
Melt the choc. chips and butter together. Mix well.
Spread on the top of the crust.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into 1" bars.
