Guinness and sausages in a pot! Need I say more?!
"The ingredient amount are confusing. I guessed at the amount of sausage, salt, pepper, carrots and the size of onions. It tasted very good. I served it over mashed potatoes.
My wife and I loved it. The kids not as much."

Guinness Sausage Casserole Preparation
Brown the sausages under a grill and put aside.
In a large pan or pot, fry the bacon, onion, carrot and mushrooms for about 10 minutes.
Add the sausages, Guinness, beef stock, flour, tomato purée, salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes until the sausages are cooked and the casserole has thickened.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
