Original recipe makes 6 Servings
750 gramsButternut Pumpkin (squash)
250 gramsPotatoes
2 Onions
1 Zucchini
1 Carrot
5 cupsWater
6 cubesChicken stock
1/2 tspNutmeg
1 tspCurry Powder
1 Salt and Pepper
1/2 cupCream

Best Pumpkin Soup Ever Preparation

1. Peel and cut into small cubes ( Pumpkin/sqaush, Potatoes, Onions, Zucchini, Carrot.)

2. Place all ingredients EXCEPT CREAM into a large saucepan/pot.

3. Boil gently for 30 mins.

4. Process though with a blender/ Food processor/ hand blender.

5. Heat through again, add cream. Serve.
