In a saucepan over medium low heat, combine the corn syrup, brown sugar and peanut butter. Melt until it is smooth not grainy.
Add cereals and peanuts and mix until well coated.
Press into a 13x9 pan.
For topping: Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Pour over base and spread to cover.
Cut into squares when cool.
