Original recipe makes 4
2 lbsJumbo Lump Crabmeat
0.5 cupMayonnaise
2 tsppimento; chopped
Old Bay seasoning
0.5 green pepper; lightly sautéed in butter
1 tspdry mustard
2 tspwhole capers
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
6 dropsTabasco sauce
2 Eggs; beaten
Paprika; as needed for topping

Dwight's Gulf Coast Style Crab Imperial Preparation

Mix ingredients 2 thru 9 and then gently fold into crabmeat. Add additional Mayonnaise if it seems dry. Place in seafood dishes or place in a 1 quart Pyrex casserole dish, lightly greased with Pam . Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread Mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with Paprika. Return to oven for about 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly. Serve
