Gyro Brat Hoagie
All the taste you love in a gyro baked into a hearty hoagie roll stuffed with brats, onions and a tasty sauce. All the taste without the mess! This is an excellent way to use those brats left over from the pregame brat fry. Make it ahead and bake in the oven or on the grill at the tailgate!

| 1 cupSour cream; cup |
| 1/2 eachCucumber; medium cucumber |
| 2 clovesGarlic; cloves garlic |
| 2 teaspoonsParsley; chopped and fresh |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt; tsp. salt |
| 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper; tsp. cracked black pepper |

| Brats; pkg. |
| 1 pkgHoagie bread loaves |
| 1 eachOnion; sliced thin |
| 1 eachTomatoes; sliced thin |
Gyro Brat Hoagie Preparation
In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Grill brats according to package directions. When cool enough to handle, cut into ?-in. bias slices. Slice French bread lengthwise and transfer to a baking sheet. Arrange brat slices on bread bottom. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until bread is lightly browned. Remove from oven. Top with the sauce, onion and tomato. Cut hoagie and serve.
