Parmesan Herb Panko Crusted Flounder

Ready in 15 minutes

This is a nice light meal, with just enough crunch from the tasty Panko crust. I like to serve this with roasted vegetables, wild rice and a fresh lemon wedge on the side.

"This was super easy, tasty meal. Served with a frozen bag of mixed wild rice and creamed spinach. Didn't have any lemon, so I sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning."
