Sprinkle Pork Chops with Salt and Pepper.
In a bowl beat Egg and Ginger together.
Place Bread Crumbs in a seperate bowl.
Dip Pork Chops in Egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
In large skillet melt butter over medium heat then add Pork Chops and cook on each side for 7-10 minutes or until done.
