Sugar Cookies
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine all ingredients in a mixer.
Roll dough into marble sized balls and roll them in sugar.
Flatten the dough balls with a glass and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes.
