Sesame Tuna Tartare with Avocado Preparation

In a bowl mix together EVOO, lime zest & juice, wasabi, soy sauce, Siracha, salt & pepper. Pour mixture over tuna that has been chuncked into small bites. Stir in green onion, sesame seeds & jalapeno. Dice avocado into same size chunks as tuna and fold into the tuna mixture being careful not to mash it. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, then serve cold over thin sesame crackers (I use the ones from Trader Joe's)

So good! I left out the jalapeño(didn't have on hand) and it was still yummy.

Oh I sometimes add extra soy sauce or hot sauce at the end after it's been sitting in the fridge, just to taste. [I posted this recipe.]
