Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350F.
In medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add onions, celery, red pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, and Tabasco.
Saute, approximately 5 minutes.
In small container, combine salt, cayene, pepper, cumin, and nutmeg.
Slowly add to mixture.
Continue to saute, about 5 minutes.
Stir in milk and ketchup.
Remove from heat.
In large bowl, mix together meat, eggs, bread crumbs, oats, and vegetable mixture.
Put into two loaf pans, or form one large loaf in center of cake pan.
Bake in oven 25 minutes.
Increase oven to 400F.
Bake 25 minutes more.
Remove from oven, pour off any grease, and let stand five minutes before removing from loaf pans and slicing.
