This is a simple recipe that even a child can make, with the supervision of course when using the blender/food processor.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas
Place the rinsed chickpeas, ranch dressing and garlic in the food processor, pulse or continuous speed until ingredients become paste, about 5 seconds.
Slowly add the olive oil to the mixture allowing the food processor to mix everything together.
Remove mixture from the food processor to a bowl of choice and enjoy with crackers, nachos, pretzels...
For more than 4 people double/triple... as needed.
Any left overs can be refrigerated in an are tight container for up to a week.
I made this on a whim and took it to work, my co-workers tore it up!
