Bang Bang Shrimp
This is my mock of Bonefish Grill's popular appetizer. We always make this when we have a tailgate party...it goes over well and never lasts long.

| 0.5 cupMayonnaise |
| 0.25 cupThai Sweetened Chili Sauce |
| 0.25 teaspoonSriracha Hot Chili Sauce; to taste |
| 1 lb.Jumbo Shrimp; peeled and deveined |
| 1 cupDry cornstarch; for dredging |
| 1 quartOil for frying |
| 0.25 headIceburg Lettuce |
| 3 Chopped scallions: garnish |
Bang Bang Shrimp Preparation
Mix mayonnaise with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. Add hot sauce to taste. Dredge the shrimp in cornstarch. Deep fry the shrimp until lightly brown. Do not over cook. Drain on paper towel, put in a bowl and coat with the sauce. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped scallions.
