| 1/2 cupRed grapes; halved |
| 1 2/5 cupsBlue cheese; crumbled |
| 1/4 cupRed onion; sliced thin |
| 3 tablespoonBalsamic Vinaigrette |
Red Leaf Lettuce with Grapes, Blue Cheese Salad Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Put pecans on baking sheet and roast about 10 minutes. Let cool, then chopped into pieces.
Put lettuce in large bowl and season with salt an dpepper. Add grapes, blue cheese, pecans, and onion and toss with vinaigrette to coat.
