1/2 cup Pecans
4 cups Red leaf lettuce
1/2 cup Red grapes; halved
1 2/5 cups Blue cheese; crumbled
1/4 cup Red onion; sliced thin
3 tablespoon Balsamic Vinaigrette

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Put pecans on baking sheet and roast about 10 minutes. Let cool, then chopped into pieces.

Put lettuce in large bowl and season with salt an dpepper. Add grapes, blue cheese, pecans, and onion and toss with vinaigrette to coat.
