Steaks
Caot with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
Heat skillet over medium high and cook steaks until browned; 5 to 6 min each side.
Transfer steaks to cutting board and let rest 10 minutes before slicing thin. Serve with parsley sauce and mushrooms
Parsley sauce
in blender puree all ingredients and add 3 tablespoons water until smooth. Leftover sauce can to refridgerated for 3 days
Mushrooms
Cut off steams of mushrooms and thinly slice.
Heat oline oil over medium high heat. Add shallot; cook until brown, 1-2 minutes. Add cremini, cook until soft about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add shiitakes. cook until tender about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
