Combine frozen guava juice concentrate, brown sugar, and the 1/2 cup melted butter. Brush over ham using 1/2 of the glaze and roast for another 15 minutes. Continue brushing with glaze every 15 minutes until you've reached the recommended internal temperature of 155 to 160 degrees.
