Original recipe makes 16 Servings
1 beef Brisket; 10 lbs
1 oz.Miller light
1 Cavenders Greek Seasoning
1 largeOven bag

Best Oven Brisket Preparation

Prepare your brisket by washing it off. Put the Cavenders Greek Seasoning on each side rubbing it in. make sure you coat it thick. Do both sides even the fat side.

Place the Brisket into the bag. Pour the one can of Miller light beer all along the outside of the brisket inside the bag. Do not pour on top of the brisket. Seal the bag. Do not cut any holes in the bag. The bag will hold the juices in and not allow the Brisket to dry.

make sure your oven shelf is on the bottom. The bag will rise and you do not want the bag top to hit the hot top of the oven and puncture.

Cook this for 12 hours on 250 degrees. The meat will be so tender yet you can cut it and it will stay together.

Cavenders is a great flavor for briskets and steaks.
