Carrabba's Dippin Oil Spices
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 1 tablespoonminced basil |
| 1 tablespoonchopped parsley (italian is best) |
| 1 tablespoonminced garlic |
| 1 tspdried thyme |
| 1 tspdried oregano |
| 1 tspground black pepper |
| 1/2 tspkosher salt or ground sea salt |
| 1/2 tspchopped rosemary |
| 1/4 tspcrushed red pepper |
| 1/2 tspolive oil |
| 1/8 tsplemon juice |
Carrabba's Dippin Oil Spices Preparation
combine all of the ingredients, EXCEPT oil and lemon. Put in a small processor chop briefly until all ingredients are about the same size. Stir in ilive oil and lemon juice.
To serve: place 1 1/2 tsp spice on a plate and add 3-4 T olive oil swirl and blend together. Dip Bread in mixture, enjoy. French bread is preferable.
