Servings          
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1 tablespoonminced basil
1 tablespoonchopped parsley (italian is best)
1 tablespoonminced garlic
1 tspdried thyme
1 tspdried oregano
1 tspground black pepper
1/2 tspkosher salt or ground sea salt
1/2 tspchopped rosemary
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper
1/2 tspolive oil
1/8 tsplemon juice

Carrabba's Dippin Oil Spices Preparation

combine all of the ingredients, EXCEPT oil and lemon. Put in a small processor chop briefly until all ingredients are about the same size. Stir in ilive oil and lemon juice.

To serve: place 1 1/2 tsp spice on a plate and add 3-4 T olive oil swirl and blend together. Dip Bread in mixture, enjoy. French bread is preferable.
