Italian House Dressing

i used to make this by the 3 gallon bucket full at the restaurant this was the house dressing. this is a scaled down version. You may need to play with the spices to get it the way it suits your taste.

Original recipe makes 12 Servings
1 cupsolive oil
0.5 cupred wine vinegar
1 1 1-1/2 Tbsp salt
1 tbspSugar
1 tbspgarlic crushed
1 tbsporegano
1 tbspParsley

Italian House Dressing Preparation

Mix everything in a blender or food processor and let refridgerate for a hour before serving.

place in a shakeable container.

2 Tbsp is considered a serving
