1/2 cupSOUR CREAM
1 packagePIE CRUST MIX PER DIRECTIONS.

RUSSIAN TUNA ROLL Preparation

PREPARE RICE MIX ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS - COOL SLIGHTLY

STIR IN 1/2 CUP CREAM OF CELERY SOUP

PREPARE PIE CRST- ROLL OUT ON A FLOURED PASTRY CLOTH TO 14" X 11" RECTANGLE

SPOON TUNA MIXTURE DOWN CENTER OF CRUST

BRING UP SIDES OVER FILLING TO MEET IN CENTER

PRESS LONG EDGES TOGETHER AND PINCH SEAM TIGHTLY

PINCH ENDS AND FOLD UNDER

PLACE ON A COOKIE SHEET ON CENTER RACK OF OVEN

BAKE IN A PREHEATED 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES

SAUCE

BRING REMAINDER OF SOUP TO A SIMMER. ADD SOUR CREAM. DO NOT BOIL.
