Yummy granola bars that you will bake a again and again. Simple, fast, filling, healthy, and they taste way better than any granola bar your going to buy at the store!

"This is a good recipe. The bars taste almost exactly like the Nature Valley Oats and Honey (which my family loves) but I think I might have baked them a tad too long! The batch came out so hard that i wasn't able to slice them without them cracking. But still very tasty. " - jadeskiss

1. Mix all dry ingredients then mix in the wet, will be crumbly when mixed.

2. Grease 11x13 pan. Press dough firmly in pan with knuckles (it hurts a little because of the nuts).

3. Bake 325F for 20-23 minutes or until edges are browned.

4. Let cool completely. Loosen edges and cut into ten bars.

5. Take them out of pan and put into a airtight container.

I had to add 3/4 cups of honey instead of 1/2 but other than that its super yummy and super easy

Really good and super easy. Lots of scope to customise depending on what you have.

I added a banana and had to put in some maple syrup as I ran out of honey but they were amazing nonetheless.

I made these and used Splenda brown sugar and sugar free chocolate chips to make them a little less in sugar, they are so much better than any in the store !

I actually added cinamon, dried raisins, dried apricots (finely chopped) and some milk. Also I topped it with some chocolate. My children, who hates nuts and dried fruits, actually liked it. The milk gave it a softer texture. It's a keeper.

Wow. Nicole is right. These are definitely better than anything you can buy at the store. (I added a glop of cashew butter to my most recent batch for a flavor change. Delicious!)

I used sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds for my nuts. It was fantastic.

Fast, easy and so good. They mix well with yogurt and make a great quick healthy snack. Love the varieties on this recipe. No problems in shaking up the ingredients.

Very good. Left out walnuts and added dried blueberries and white chocolate chips. Kids enjoyed.

greqt granola bars, not super crunchy like some store bought ones but very satisfying and filling. Should note I used Namaste's gluten free flour and replaced half the oats witg an apple, blueberry granola that added just an extra hint of flavor

I enjoyed these bars a lot, I would break them up and add it to fruit and yogurt. It was a great addition to it. I will be fixing it very often.

Love this recipe, thank you for posting it. I just popped my second batch in the oven. (I made it a week ago too) I added cinnamon, raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pepitas (sp?) and a little bit of maple syrup the 1st time because I ran out of honey. It's a great recipe and I recommend it to anyone

This is very delicious, but I substituted nuts for chocolate chips. I also added cinnamon it is delicious that way.

You can add more nuts, different nuts, or dried fruit. The more you add i would deplete to 1/4 cup and add a little more honey. Hope you enjoy as much as my family does! Really good breakfast on the run, grab a bar and a yogurt and your good to go! [I posted this recipe.]
