Original recipe makes 1 Servings
8 mediumprawns
0.5 cup; butter rice
100 gm; boiled vegetales
1 ts; chopped ginger&garlic
2 ts; honey
3 tbs; tomato sauce
1 brandy; to taste
1 tbs; butter
1 salt&pepper; to taste
1 Parsley; for garnish

Honey Glazed Prawns Preparation

Clean and wash the prawns.Melt butter and saute chopped garlic&ginger.Add the prawns and cook it a while.Add tomato ketchup,salt,pepper and honey.Saute it and finally add the brandy(if needed,not necessary).The prawn is ready now.Take a serving plate and place the buttered rice with the help of a mould,round shape,arrange the prawns in rice(round shape, tail on top).Saute boiled vegetables in butter and arrange it on the plate.Garnish the rice with parsley on top of the rice.Serve hot.
